The Full Moon in Virgo and Total Lunar Eclipse

Thursday March 1, 2007
Saturday's Full Moon (exact at 6:17 p.m. EST) in the sign of Virgo will lead into a total lunar eclipse a few minutes later. True healing is supported under this influence, and can get underway by way of purification from the inside out. Virgo understands the wisdom of the body at the cellular level, and wouldn't dream of taking short cuts. Take this time to honor your physical self by tending to any aches, pains or tensions. Treat your own "temple" to a day of invigorating exercise, a trip to the sauna or by simply feeding it wholesome, nourishing food.

NASA reports that the total lunar eclipse will be partly visible in much of the world, with a clear view of the entire cosmic event from Europe, Africa and western Asia. The eclipse sets the full Moon in Virgo against the already charged-up Sun in Pisces, with the revolutionizing Uranus in exact alignment. The compassionate vision of Pisces brings radical ideas for change, and the Full Moon in Virgo brings them down to Earth with a solution that actually works in the real world. This opens a door for promising tangible growth and life-affirming ideas both for each of us as individuals and for the whole global village.
