The Lunar Eclipse
Moments after the full Moon in Pisces (exact Tuesday at 6:35 a.m. EDT), there's a total lunar eclipse that will be visible in parts of the Americas, Asia, the Pacific Islands, New Zealand and Australia. In places with enough sunlight and Earth dust in the atmosphere, the Moon may turn a dramatic red. Some of us will still be slumbering, and if you're feeling ambitious, keep a journal handy to write down any lucid or bizarre dreams.
This is an intense one, a full Moon to inspire creativity and the imagination, but also able to churn up darker moods and images. Lots of planetary squares and oppositions in mutable signs are set to form a Grand Cross, which intensifies the already chaotic energies. Because it throws open the psychic windows, and activates the imagination, there could be some loony behavior, a.k.a. Moon Madness. It's an "anything goes" Moon, best met with a sense of wonder and curiosity, while safely ensconsed in your observatory-sacred space.
