Channeling Uranus
When Uranus makes a transit to a planet, you can expect zaps that wake up that planet's particular energy. The Shocker planet is in Pisces these days, and perhaps you've observed Pisces friends going through extreme make-overs at an alarming speed. Pisces people already have mutating natures, but Uranus' surges can provoke lightning-fast life changes. I know one that recently dyed her hair platinum, and began and ended a career in sales inside of a week. The Sun represents the radiant Self, how it shines, and those with Pisces Sun are walking around with an extra jolt of charisma, but with that glint in the eye we are used to seeing in wild, unpredictable people.
Uranus wakes up the Houses it moves through, as well, and this can be liberating, but also quite jarring. As a Pisces rising, I've had this revolutionary planet at my front door, transiting the First House for a few years. This house involves the expression of Self, and that includes behavior, physical attributes, appearance, style, etc. -- all adding up to the image you project to others. There's no harm in experimenting with your "look," but based on my own experience, it's wise to take that thing about accidents and avoiding risk to heart. My other job is working with Percheron draft horses, and I got badly injured taking a flying leap off a carriage traveling at a speed of about 5 m.p.h. Uranus in the First House can be like having electric currents running through your "person" and that's why, in that split-second, it seemed like a good idea. Where is transiting Uranus in your chart these days? Take it from me --it's best to keep an eye on that one!
