Shadows and Light

My friend Angel used to say he'd be dancing in the street, when the world came to an end. The amazing thing about this dark and apocalyptic time we're living in, is the remarkable creativity that's percolating, and how simple expressions of joy and sharing are so powerful. Thanks to Aquarius Papers for posting this inspiring video of one man dancing with the world, called, Where the Hell is Matt? He's danced with thousands of people in 42 countries, a reminder that smiling, dancing and laughing are universal, and contagious.

Any end is the prelude to the beginning, and the shattering of the old makes room for the new. It's also a great excuse to just go for it and go swiftly in the direction of your dreams.
