On the Bright Side

Wednesday November 19, 2008

Every morning, I read the urbansurvival blog, and today a phrase there resonated bigtime. "The People's Economist," George Ure, writes about the spaces opening up between paradigms, and that, Ruling paradigms have come loose from their moorings. In other words, the old rules no longer apply. What is reality, and what is going on in the world is up for review. That's creating a lot of volatility in the markets, and within ourselves. Out of curiosity, I just looked up the definition of revolution, and found this among the entries: a fundamental change in the way of thinking about or visualizing something. With the chaos of change and all the unknowns, comes the excitement and freedom to be innovative, try new approaches. As we enter the yearly season of Sagittarius, the experimental, visionary traits of this sign can get the wheels turning.

It's a half Moon today in Leo. Any waning period is a time of release, before the new. What happens when you dare to see beyond the old structures we all feel locked into. If you were free to re-create your life, what would it look like? The new Moon in Sagittarius on the 27th brings four planetary bodies together in this leap of faith sign. Between now and then, it's timely to break through rigid fear-based thinking, and see if there's potential for you in the spaces between. For nearly Wordless Wednesday
