Jupiter aligns with Neptune today, ensuring that whatever happens in the next while, will be blown into unreal proportions. Jupiter (following bliss) and Neptune (faith) both lift us up to ecstatic heights, but without grounding, they may elevate us into strange air clouds of hysteria or mass delusion. In her blog post, Surrealism of Size, Jessica Murray writes that the mass mind has blown a fuse. She writes, The premier symptom of the transit of Neptune (confusion) over the Sibly Moon (the American people) is the fact that the US populace is staggering around in a daze while their national treasury is being emptied out. This conjunction of Neptune-Jupiter at 26 degrees, is hovering close to the US Moon, which is at 27 degrees Aquarius.
This Jupiter-Neptune conjunction also opens doors to grand gestures that show a belief (Neptune) in an idealistic vision (Jupiter). It may trigger epiphanies about how you can be part of the solution in some way. Aquarius is the sign of the humanitarian, and perhaps this will bring on one of the waterbearer's quantum leaps. A collective leap of faith toward an ideal....perhaps through some breakthrough technology that demonstrates our Oneness.
Great things happen when out-of-this-world visions (Jupiter-Neptune) are brought down to Earth. It might mean finding out how to get off the grid, or intense experimentation with visualizing what you want to create. The body is our bridge to staying grounded. So if you're feeling dazed and lost, go barefoot or get in your body with a sensual treat. You could pinch yourself to make sure you're still there.
