Eckhart Tolle on the Economy

Many are experiencing lack or sudden loss of financial stability, and it's causing so much fear. And fear, says spiritual author Eckhart Tolle, is an unconscious response that's heightened by some media as the only natural reaction. But Tolle says it's important not to stay in a state of fear, but to see that the current prevailing disillusion is necessary, so that a new structure can come into being.

In a preview video on the Current Economy, he says we're in a systemic crisis. We know that Pluto's transit in Capricorn is rocking our world at the foundations, and even those that sought out a sure-thing career are seeing the bottom fall out. Tolle says the collapse is of structures that are ego based, and that they reflect our inner consciousness. It's the very structure of the thing -- both the economy and ourselves -- that is changing! He says, "The problems of the human mind have little to do with content, but the very structure of the human mind that needs to change." It's hard to be so detached when bills and rent are due, but seeing that you're part of a grand transition may help. Tolle says the limitation may force us to move, downgrade, and most of all, live with uncertainty. And that we can't see it because we're knee deep in it, but it's the crisis itself that is opening us up to a new way of being.

The entire teaching on the Current Economy is available at Eckhart Tolle TV. I found this inspiring, and worth sharing with readers!
