We can resolve hidden patterns usually below our own radar. Like the Pisces Beatle George Harrison, we might also have strong spiritual yearnings, as expressed in songs like My Sweet Lord. "I really want to see you. I really want to be with you," he sings. It's a time when we can see God in everything a little more clearly.
Pisces is the last sign, and as L.A.-based astrologer Michelle Karen writes in Astrology for Enlightenment, "combines Aries' idealism, Taurus' indolent calm, Gemini's intelligence, Cancer's sense of humor, Leo's nobility, Virgo's attention to detail, Libra's fair and objective judgement, Scorpio's mystical insight, Sagittarius generosity, Capricorn's wisdom and Aquarius' humanism." It's everything swirled into one. That's why perhaps, there's a sense of tuning in, a quiet, because despite how it looks, there is so much going on!
It's a moist, mellow time before the Sun gets strong in Aries. This allows us to tune inward, and draw on every dimension of the self. After all, we carry the energies of all the signs of the Zodiac within us, too. We're part of it all, and it's within us.
