Here's some star eye candy for Wordless Wednesday. It's an emission nebula from Cassiopeia, a constellation that moves around the North Pole. An emission nebula is a multi-colored cloud of ionized gas. It's either a star being born, or a dying star that's thrown off its outer layers to reveal the hot core. This nebulae pair's nickname in astronomical circles is Heart and Soul.
If you find the Big Dipper, look for the W, since Cassiopeia motions around it. Cassiopeia is part of a group of star clusters with Cepheus, Andromeda, Perseus and Cetus.

Waiting patiently (maybe) for June forecast!
I’m working on them Maria – thank you for being patient. : )
At first, I thought they were fishies.
