Every day, I've been spending more time than usual being with Mother Earth. I've noticed when I sit in the forest, and visualize healing energies around the Earth, I connect with something extremely powerful. It's almost overwhelming. It makes me wonder if it's turning into the shared grid of prayer/meditation/visualization going on in this time of crisis for Gaia.
Yesterday, Laura Magdalena Eisenhower (great grand-daughter of Ike), sent this message out: "The Mother Goddess energy endures so much! For all of you that feel it necessary to be rude and insulting to anyone, you are a part of the energetic pollution of life. There is enough pain on Earth as it is! I pray that you will channel your energy into compassion, wisdom and love..."
This idea of energetic pollution seems to me a huge challenge of our time. The negativity/anger/fear has a pull, and so does the growing positive matrix. Many tuned in to 2012 say that will be the tipping point, when more are aligned with the positive, and that assures humanity's alignment with the greater cosmos and our own divinity. Being in the light does not mean ignoring the darkness and the reality that there are dark doings and entities afoot.
There are lots of groups aware of the dark and its hold on our world, while actively holding a vision of what could be. There are Hopi elders, for example, whose sole ritual activity is to sit holding a vision of Earth in her revered, whole state. And the Council of 13 Indigenous Grandmothers have been urging everyone to envision a net of light around the Earth. They'll be sharing their work during a Virtual Summer Solstice Council" with the intent of growing that energy of protection and healing stronger.
The event's listing reads, "Chosen to represent the world's indigenous peoples, these grandmothers are a source of great wisdom and blessing, reminding us of deep spiritual truths and calling our attention to what is most important. They work together on healing our planet through prayer, ritual, community and engaged activism on pressing social and environmental concerns."

"The number one principle of feminine leadership--whether that's as a mother, career woman, artist, or do-gooder--is to make sure that you set up your own feminine base camp. This is your own practice, your rejuvenation, and your toolbox. Your base camp will give you strength, clarity and vibrant health as you give your gifts to the world."

I really feel it too with the Earth vibes. I don’t know how to put it into words. I thought a few months ago that I’d go into art therapy for people with trauma but this eclipse is bringing to light the need to get into gardening and herbalism with a healing garden for people to meditate in and things like that. Bringing earth and people back together again.
I love that idea of a healing garden. Thanks for sharing that Fiona!
