In a time when people are holding so much unprocessed emotional-soul material, how do we trust that we won't be overwhelmed by others? This is a theme of Chiron Pisces, says astrologer Adam Gainsburg, as we look at ways we numb out or shut down, from feeling that melding into one another -- oneness.
In our conversation last week, we talked about this and his Breath of the Soul practice, which I experienced first hand. As we look at how we expand into the space, or contract in fear, it's a tool for inhabiting the energy body with more confidence that we can handle what comes up. This week's image is of Adam Gainsburg at the Northern Rim of the Grand Canyon. That's one place I've never been -- it's the epitome of expansive views, just in time for the Sun going into the grand views sign Sagittarius!

It would take more courage than I might be able to summon to stand at the edge of a precipice no matter how breath taking the view! But photos share and take me there and I love experiencing such sites/sights sitting down.
Glorious photo. The North Rim is enchanting. I’m afraid I’m never going to make it to Macchu Pichu, but I enjoyed reading what Adam had to say about it.
