Jupiter Gemini is all about learning to read the erratic winds, and making choices in the moment. Like a kite surfer! With lots of windy Gemini energy now, in a square to Neptune Pisces, it's a wild convergence of two kinds of waves -- air and water. It's easy to be carried away these days!
How do we catch the right currents? It's tricky, since there's something of surrendering to the "flow" with mutable signs (Gemini, Pisces), and of making spontaneous choices, as conditions quickly change. These two signs are voted most likely to be overwhelmed! But also, the least likely to get stuck in a groove.
Jupiter is about expansion and a sense of being on the right path. In unpredictable Gemini, you go farther if you're ready to change tack often like an expert wave rider. Gemini is endlessly curious, and this meets boundless Jupiter, in our age of endless currents (of news, information, gossip). Let's take note that the Greeks saw the gas giant Jupiter in Gemini as in detriment, as in not faring that well here.
A trap is set if we're not careful, of too much information, and much of it just hot air. Jupiter Gemini though, can show us how to collage all those bits and pieces into a grander vision. With so many distractions, this calls for constant contact with your higher mind and spirit, in how you experience that. Ask for signs (a Jupiter specialty) that will be like epiphanies, and somehow tied in to your bigger picture.
What's just superfluous in your life? A great word meaning excess flow -- is there a way to disengage from currents that only bewilder, drain and mentally frazzle? I once left a bank because of the television in the lobbies -- running full time 'news.' I have a friend who quit a dentist for the same reason. In what areas are you exposed to too much chatter, noise? Taking a less is more approach is a great way to minimize whatever jams the signal.
- Take some time to catch the drift -- to connect with the element of air. Jupiter is at 5 degrees Gemini, and with Venus near (at 9 degrees), the psychic space and lighter atmosphere is freeing.

I love the parallel to kite surfing! It certainly feels that way these days.
Yes, I almost changed it to wind surfing, but then read the definition of kite surfing —
“Kitesurfing or kiteboarding is an adventure surface water sport that has been described as combining wakeboarding, windsurfing, surfing, paragliding, and gymnastics into one extreme sport.”
Sounds about right!
I was born with Jupiter in Gemini at OO degrees in the eighth house. Some sweet things have happened to me since Transit O Venus and the Jupiter moving into my second house. Ah, but still no romance, or THE One. So ready but nothing is happening. Should that part of my life improve with the current planets this year?
