Neptunian Weekend — Messages from the Dreamer

I was cruising a bookstore's astrology (New Age) section yesterday and spotted one called You're Every Sign. That's worth musing on, as we head into a Neptunian weekend. Neptune's sign Pisces is the last sign of the Zodiac, and is the boundless sea with the energies of all twelve.

The Moon is in Pisces for tuning in to subtleties, and finding a way back from being tightly wound or stressed, to deeply at ease. The Pisces Moon re-sensitizes with its fleeting meet up with Neptune (Friday), making date night ideal for cinema of the soul, or shared solitude.

I had a restless night and practiced japa -- repeating mantras -- which Yogastrology's Diane Booth Gilliam talks about in Neptune and the Ordinarily Sacred. Love, magic, peace -- these are the words I chose. Instead of fretting, here in the last days of Mercury in retrograde, I'm inviting surrender, and acceptance of what's going round and round in my mind as unresolved. One thing is certain with Neptune and Pisces -- all of life is vibing, and even the most stuck or heavy situations will eventually see change.

In that acceptance of how things are, a way through is softened, especially with the Moon's sextile to deep healer Pluto late Friday. Earthing and being in the presence of the natural works its magic in subtle ways, to bring on a release.

The Pisces Moon continues through Sunday, pinging (squaring) off Jupiter and Venus (in mutable Gemini) for rips in the usual fabric of the mind and spirit. See what can be teased out of the imagination. Be alert for mystical insights that set in motion new ways to see and translate your world. Great one for liberating the voice (or messages) of the dreamer and one who knows. And see what spins out of that.... Have a great weekend!
