Mercury Libra: Observer's Mind for the Big Squeeze

Mercury's move into fair-sighted Libra today is propitious for keeping your cool in very hot times. This week (of September 17th) is significant, with Pluto turning direct -- to accelerate the shakedown of the status quo -- just before its second square to Uranus (mid-week). There's an edgy mood, when we might sense something big is going to happen!

Mercury into air sign Libra gives us some of that much-needed observer's way of seeing things. Being able to pull back, and see a situation from an objective view, guides us to the very best decisions in the moment.

Mercury's renown impartiality, when in the sign of the Scales, is put to the test on Thursday with full engagement to the Uranus-Pluto ordeal. On that day, Mercury opposes Uranus and squares Pluto -- if you find yourself embroiled in a crisis, looking at the situation from all angles brings about fresh solutions.

Seeing from the vantage point of the other(s) involved brings on a breakthrough. It's walking that line between talking and listening, to avoid either extreme, and to gain from the perspective of others. Mercury (Libra) brings us into the season of Libra, with the Fall Equinox (September 22nd) and is with us to the first week in October.
