Here's Baby Jim, my new kitten and first all-black cat. He's a Cancer-Leo cusp, and really loves to sleep close under the covers between my husband and me. We love to gaze into his eyes with love and see it in his eyes, too. During the day, he's action cat, chasing the hens and other cats around. There's a good chance he'll be the king of the cats around here when he's full-grown.
It's black cat month on the About cat site, with interesting facts and folklore. The parlour panther was bred to bring a bit of the wild inside.
Happy Halloween/Samhain! See more images from Around About for Photo of the Week/Wordless Wednesday.

How Cute!!!!!! Ilove black kittens!
Hello Baby Jim. We had a black feline named Onyx when my kids were growing up. I’m rather fond of black cats.
