A reader writes in the forum, "I got the newsletter today about the New Moon being in Aquarius and how that affects each house - but how do I know which house applies to me?"
The first thing many know with astrology is the Sun (Zodiac) sign. So when you put your data in a chart generator, you will get the wheel -- and it will have ALL the Zodiac signs on it. The chart/wheel also has 360 degrees around.
The chart is also divided into houses, and each is 30 degrees. Your Rising Sign begins the wheel at the center left and the degrees run counter-clockwise around. And these match up with the houses, to show you where the degrees of a Full or New Moon, or eclipse will land in your chart.
The next Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse for example, is in Scorpio at 6 degrees. If your Rising sign is 0 Scorpio, say, then the eclipse falls in your first house. If Scorpio is on the cusp of your 11th house, that's the one to look at for potential whammies.
Since this eclipse excites the energies of both Taurus and Scorpio, you might look at your Taurus house too, as you muse on possibilities. Also see Eclipses in the Houses for more ideas.Druidcraft Tarot/(c) Will Worthington
