Sagittarius' symbol is the Archer, and they have a restless need to have an aim or aspiration.

The season of the Archer if from November 21st to December 21st (roughly). After the depths of the dying time (Scorpio) comes lightness, and shining the inner light. It's the sign of big ideas, and the optimism of the one that trusts life.

Sagittarius in Love

The Archer is a passionate fire sign, and has a wild streak that takes them into uncharted territory in love and sex. These experiences are adventures for Sagittarius, and they bring great enthusiasm to sample variety as the spice of life.

How this plays out depends on the soul character and the stage of life. Some Sagittarians have many lovers, and especially enjoy getting to know people of other cultures. While traveling, the wandering Archer could make friends and lovers in every port.

Sagittarians are fun to be around, and often at ease socially. That's how they work magic, and make fast friends, and some of these evolve into romantic relationships.

Above all, the Sadge craves freedom and an inspired life. A love bond that satisfies, is one that's always growing through shared experiences.

Sagittarius is exploration, travel and meeting everyone as a new friend. It's a lively sign of stimulating conversation, broad visions, athleticism and/or scholarly ambition, striving for excellence, seeking and learning through experience.

The Sagittarius Dark Side is being dangerously careless, and thinking they'll never get caught. Some Archers take on a righteous zeal that gets a bit much.

Sagittarians are thinking creatures, always seeking to know the big picture. They're known to take the moral high ground, and express loyalty to truth (as they see it) above all else. The blunt style of the Archer cuts through obfuscation, manipulation or emotional heaviness. Sagittarius burns with a passion for lighting up what's most inspiring, and expansive.

Sagittarius Extremes

At the extreme edges, Sagittarius is self-righteous and too casual with the feelings of others. They can be blunt or know-it-alls, strangely wed to their views, when they seem to be so open-minded in general.

Ruled by lucky Jupiter, some Sagittarians are blessed, and it's obvious they're born under a lucky star. But an air of entitlement could rub people the wrong way, if they seek to glide through life on their charms alone.

Some Archers take crazy risks, and I know one who is paying a high price for his folly. He was known as the dare devil, but one day he wrangled with the law and the law won. A dark side of Sadge can be said to be taking risks for the thrill of it, and without thinking of the consequences.

Sagittarius thrives on finding meaning by pulling together threads from every direction. They shine in interdisciplinary fields, where there's always room to learn more. They're highly social and fun-loving.
