Upside: Fast friends; adventurous and active; strong sex drives; explorers who seek challenge; affectionate; friendly; big social circle.
Downside: Quick to move on; Aries instinct to be dominant clashes with Sadge's love of freedom; hot tempers; burn out; wandering eyes.
Aries and Sagittarius enjoy an instant rapport. There's a chance of love at first sight for these two fire signs. Both like to be constantly challenged, and this means a full roster of fun dates together. There could be travel adventures, creative collaboration and many nights on the town.
Aries admires the free-spirited Sagittarius, and this keeps the Ram happily in pursuit. Sadge handles the Aries bluster playfully, and shoots back their own zingers. Both are direct, which keeps it fresh, but can lead to trading barbs, lots of arguments. If Aries has to be right, the philosophical (and sometimes dogmatic) Archer feels backed into a mental corner. Sagittarius likes free conversation, and has trouble with Aries need to 'win' debates.
Further into a relationship, Aries may want to keep Sadge to themselves, and be jealous of the many friends of the Archer. Both are flirty, but even in a committed bond, there's a part of the Archer that remains unattainable, and this can be unsettling to the conquering Aries nature. Sadge may not be able to give Aries the attention and allegiance they need. Aries makes the Sadge feel like a captive when all they want to do is roam free. This works with a foundation of respect and trust, where freedom exists, but there's an understanding of commitment.
