Mars has been in service-oriented Virgo for awhile now, coming out of its retrograde on April 13th (2012). Virgo comes with the admonition, "serve or suffer." Look to what pulls on your heart the most, and find ways to apply your skills, or gain new ones. Into early July, we assert personal will holistically -- thinking of the whole -- via Mars, while also being useful, productive, effective in our spheres of influence.
It's a mood lifter to help others, and you might make a friend or two in the process! This is also a time when volunteering and gaining skills can create momentum for sustaining work.
