For about two years, I've been walking barefoot more than I have since I was a tomboy in the burbs of Atlanta. The healing effects of earthing -- sitting, lying, walking, sleeping on the ground -- are returning to public awareness.
Yay to something that's free and timeless! The old is new again, as we re-bond to our home planet.

He said his chronic fatigue patients' healing was sped up, when they spent time in nature. Many of us are missing that in our lives. So it's a path to growing stronger and more resilient, as well as remembering your place in the natural order.
The young Sioux visionary, "Little Grandmother," also told of advice from her elders. They said if you're fed by nature, you don't have to get energy from each other.
Ideas:- Sit on the ground in a wild spot and tune in with all your senses.
- It's said that birds will harmonize with you, if you're open to it. Tune in to their song, next time you're in the park. Put up bird houses and baths.
- Visit a favorite tree or grove.
- Look to nature for creative inspiration.
