And in a talk with shamanic healer Alberto Villoldo of the Four Winds Insitute, he mentions chronic fatigue, in a video called "Healing the Luminous Body." He said his chronic fatigue patients' healing was sped up, when they spent time in nature. Many of us are missing that in our lives. So it's a path to growing stronger and more resilient, as well as remembering your place in the natural order.
The young Sioux visionary, "Little Grandmother," also told of advice from her elders. They said if you're fed by nature, you don't have to get energy from each other.Ideas:
- Sit on the ground in a wild spot and tune in with all your senses.
- It's said that birds will harmonize with you, if you're open to it. Tune in to their song, next time you're in the park. Put up bird houses and baths.
- Visit a favorite tree or grove.
- Look to nature for creative inspiration.
