Something Big is Happening
Presidential candidate Ron Paul recently warned of a coming Big Event in an address on the floor of the House. Reflecting a crossroads blending of Pluto in Sadge and Capricorn, he warns that America's wealth and freedom rests upon a fragile "philosophic infrastructure." He mirrors my own sense that something is pending, that "they" -- the central banks, the 1% that own 90% of the global wealth, the hidden power elite -- have already started orchestrating chaos, as a launch to something bigger. Says Congressman Paul, "I have days--growing more frequent all the time--when I'm convinced the time is now upon us that some Big Events are about to occur. These fast-approaching events will not go unnoticed. They will affect all of us. They will not be limited to just some areas of our country. The world economy and political system will share in the chaos about to be unleashed."
He pointed to the lack of true value (Capricorn) behind our dollar, no longer backed by gold, and printed like Monopoly money by the privately held Federal Reserve. Willy nilly spending on both guns (mega-trillions) and butter. A devil-may-care attitude to rocketing deficits, mostly held by China. I'd add to his economic observations, many decades of foreign policy that subverts, rather than promotes democracy. Is there a philosophy of death (Pluto in Sadge), that has driven our country over a cliff, as a "means to an end?" Paul bravely says aloud what some fear in their hearts -- are we on the edge of an overt dictatorship? Is America, a nation while not perfect, founded on principles of the rights of the individual to shape his/her own destiny, in its death throes?
Says Paul, "I'm fearful that my concerns have been legitimate and may even be worse than I first thought. They are now at our doorstep. Time is short for making a course correction before this grand experiment in liberty goes into deep hibernation." Since Pluto went into Sagittarius, I've personally been stripped of my beliefs (Sagittarius) about America. What you learn if you dare to go below the surface, can scare the living daylights out of you. The shadow philosophy of black ops and consolidated power in the hands of the few, has crested in American politics, symbolized by a President who took a lifelong oath in a secret legacy society called Skull & Bones, long before his oath to uphold the Constitution. A network of such below the radar alliances hold closed-door meetings to shape the future, and even pick Presidents. You could call it a trans-partisan power, that some suspect, after a meeting of the Bilderberg Group in early June, decided on Obama. The idea of hidden power is just emerging into the mainstream. Does it resonate? Isn't it clear that we've been knocked off our philosophical foundation?
With Pluto in Sagittarius, what stirs hope again is the idea that the essence of our founding principles will rise like a Phoenix from the ashes. We are facing our hideous shadow side, one that has grown more powerful, secretly and underground. It's reach is now global, and that's why the whole world is watching and hoping that America reclaims her Democracy.
We face a Capricornian challenge -- to face the sorry state of our finances based on inflation and debt, or allow a full takeover, on the path to totalitarian socialism. Pluto's retrograde in Sagittarius is reminding us of what true freedom looks like. A key to staying free, is fully remembering the cost of liberty paid not just by Uncle Lyman and the Liberty Boys, but the visionaries that have been struck down in our history. And be willing to do what's necessary to rally in defense of the awesome worth and promise of true democracy. Says Paul, "Restoring a free society doesn't eliminate the need to get our house in order and to pay for the extravagant spending. But the pain would not be long-lasting if we did the right things, and best of all the empire would have to end for financial reasons. Our wars would stop, the attack on civil liberties would cease, and prosperity would return. The choices are clear: it shouldn't be difficult, but the big event now unfolding gives us a great opportunity to reverse the tide and resume the truly great American Revolution started in 1776. Opportunity knocks in spite of the urgency and the dangers we face."
