Happy Birthday to all Leo's out there! The Sun-ruled fire sign is the grand finale of summer, and brings us into harvest time (August 22nd). Molly, why is there a picture of a water-bearer (Aquarius) in this leonine article? Is that the best you could find? Could it be that it’s because Aquarius is the Lion’s opposite? For it certainly has nothing to do with the Messenger (Mercury) does it?

Yesterday, I was reading Per Henrick Gullfoss’ writing on Leo, as the life mission “oneness through self-expression.”
Here we see Leo-Aqua: ‘The size of the ego decides how much light, warmth, inspiration and joy comes through….”the energetic learning process of Leo is to become as clear and transparent as possible, so the personal can become a vehicle for the transpersonal.”
So this image could be that pouring process, becoming clear.
