Here on the East Coast, we've had erratic winds from the so-called Frankenstorm. My notes flew out of my hand and into the audience -- twice -- while giving a talk yesterday. I think that was a hint to wing it.
But Jupiter in air sign Gemini has been opposite to Mars (Sagittarius) for a literal swirly distribution of my ideas on paper, too. I also see some mercurial wierdness going on, which calls for caution for those in the storm's path. To err on the side of caution, and be alert to rapidly changing conditions.
Gemini's ruler Mercury is square to Neptune today -- the latter planet rules the sea and voyages, floodwaters and tempests. I could foresee a parallel here below of misreading a situation from how it looks. I'm struggling with mind fog and am mesmerized by this storm, and struggling to think coherently.
And with these aspects of mutable (chaotic) energies, there's a report of the movie ship, the HMS Bounty sinking this morning. They were looking to outrun the storm, and ran into extreme difficulties. I went on this ship with my husband Sandor -- in fact it was our first date. There are two still missing, including the captain, so I hope this story will not end on a tragic note.
On days like this, and I'll blame Mercury's square to Neptune, it's futile to wrangle the mind in the usual way. So I'll wait until this mind storm passes, and hope everyone stays safe out there.

“Mind storm”!! I love it. A perfect description of what I’ve been going through yesterday and today. I knew we were in the “storm” of Mercury retrograde (a little Mercury word hi-jinks…but kept wondering, why SO strong? Neptune. of course. Great post.
