At a workshop with Barbara Marciniak, she told us that the real secret is not using your mind to create what you want. It's using your whole self, which includes the mind, but also the emotions, to co-create with the universe.
This means imagining you already have what you want, or have achieved your heart's longing. You experience the reality of it with your emotions and imagination. It's like inhabiting a future moment, where you can almost smell, taste, touch and hear what it would be like.
