In Kate Winslet's chart, we've noted the stellium in Libra (Sun, Moon and Mercury) in the First House. The planet Uranus is also in the first house, but in the sign of Scorpio. This gives electricity and an unpredictable nature to her persona.
Moving counter-clockwise, the next symbol is for the North Node, which is a planetary point, rather than a cosmic body. It's an indicator of the spiritual path over a lifetime, and here, Kate's is in Scorpio in the 2nd House.
The next planet to identify is Neptune, and in this chart, it's in the sign of Sagittarius. It's position close to the 2nd house, but clearly in the 3rd, means that Neptunian themes will cover both life spheres (houses).
At the bottom of the chart, on the 4th house cusp, is the I.C., the point of origin for the chart, and a key to the private Self. In Kate's chart (at the middle center), the I.C. is in Capricorn at 14 degrees. And from there, as the signs move toward the Descendent, the houses are empty. What can be noted, though, are the signs on each house cusp.
